Life can take some interesting turns. One week ago my father suffered a life threatening heart attack. Being sustained by a ventilator and 13 IV drips, a miracle has indeed occurred. He has had excellent physicians and nurses to attend him. These devices are gone now and he is able to eat on his own. Today he was moved from intensive care unit to the cardiac patient care unit. He will be going home in a day or two.
We are grateful to have him here with us and pray for a return of his energy and strength. We still have much we can learn from him. We love you.
Thanks to all those who have called and visited. It has made a difference in Dad's recovery and it has been a sweet experience to be together again when our lives goes in so many directions. We are grateful those loving spiritual leaders and neighbors that came to his aid as well. Phone calls and visits are welcomed even when he returns home.
I appreciate my children who have been patient while I have been at the hospital and understanding of the things I could not do. Andy and Laura had an anniversary on Monday. Nathan took his last final today and we will be celebrating his graduation from the U of U on Friday.
Love to you all and good night.

I am so glad your dad is doing better. I've been thinking about him and keeping him in my prayers.
